RETURN AND EXCHANGE PROCEDURE

Overview

Changes and returns made without any justification must be delivered to the cargo within 24 hours.

Our customers have the right to withdraw within 14 days in accordance with the distance sales contract for purchases made through our online site.

The non-refundable cases, although the customer requests a return to the store within 14 days, are as follows:

Products made or changed by special order (ring size or size adjustment, chain length adjustment, letter, name works, coloring work, etc., products with special writings on them) are not refundable.

The product to be returned must be completely undamaged and unused. Products that have been scratched, damaged or physically altered in any way are strictly non-refundable. After the product is inspected by our experts, returns are initiated.

For returns and exchanges, you must notify our whatsapp line (+90 533 810 7707) or send an e-mail to info@sette.com.tr with your order number and the reason for your return/change request. Our experts will inform you about the subject after the necessary investigations.

In case the return and exchange conditions are met, the transactions to be made are carried out only by our online store.

The packaging, certificate and invoice of the product to be returned and any promotions, if any, must be sent with the product.

Change and return requests requested to be made in our stores on Trendyol.com or n11.com websites must be made by creating a request on the relevant site.

The product to be returned must comply with the “Right of Withdrawal” in Article 9 of the “Distance Sales Contract” and the “Products for which the Right of Withdrawal cannot be exercised” in Article 15. Products that have been personalized by making changes or additions.

Products that are not suitable for return due to their nature (rings, earrings, necklaces, etc.)

IProducts whose prices are determined in the stock exchange or other organized markets (all products in the category of bullion, jewelry, gold and silver, etc.)

RETURN AND EXCHANGE PROCEDURE IN OUR STORES;

According to the law on consumer protection 6502 in our stores, the product you have purchased; If it is determined that it has not been used within the first 14 days after the invoice date, you can replace it with a different product from the same product group.

• It should be checked by our product experts that the product to be exchanged has not been used.

• No changes are made in the product groups of sarrafiye and wire bracelets.

• The price of the product to be exchanged must not be less than the price of the product requested to be changed.

• If your product is a diamond, you can replace it with a diamond product group, and if it is gold, with a gold product group.

• You must apply to our stores with all the documents (product certificate, invoice, product packaging) given to you at the purchase stage in product exchange transactions.

• If the product is a gift, you can exchange it with a gift card.

Although there is no defect in the product, when the product is withdrawn, it can be changed within the specified time (24 hours), but the money cannot be refunded.

ARTICLE 9

  1. The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within fourteen days without giving any reason and without paying any penalty.
  2. The term of the right of withdrawal, in contracts related to the performance of service, the day the contract is established; In contracts for the delivery of goods, it starts on the day the consumer or the third party determined by the consumer receives the goods. However, the consumer may also use the right of withdrawal within the period from the conclusion of the contract to the delivery of the goods.

In determining the period of the right of withdrawal;

  • a) In the case of goods that are the subject of a single order and delivered separately, the day on which the consumer or the third party determined by the consumer receives the last product,
  • b) In the case of goods consisting of more than one piece, the day when the consumer or the third party determined by the consumer receives the last piece,
  • c) In contracts where the goods are delivered regularly for a certain period of time, the day on which the consumer or the third party determined by the consumer receives the first goods is taken as a basis.
  1. (4) Delivery of the goods by the seller to the carrier is not considered as delivery to the consumer.
  2. (5) In contracts where the delivery of goods and the performance of services are made together, the provisions of the right of withdrawal regarding the delivery of goods shall apply.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

ARTICLE 15

(1) Unless agreed otherwise by the parties, the consumer cannot exercise his right of withdrawal in the following contracts:

  • Contracts for goods or services whose prices change depending on the fluctuations in the financial markets and which are not under the control of the seller or supplier.
  • Contracts for goods prepared in line with the wishes or personal needs of the consumer.
  • Contracts for the delivery of perishable or expired goods.
  • From the goods whose protective elements such as packaging, tape, seal, package have been opened after delivery; Contracts for the delivery of those whose return is unsuitable in terms of health and hygiene.
  • Contracts for goods that are mixed with other products after delivery and cannot be separated due to their nature.
  • Contracts for books, digital content and computer consumables offered in material environment, provided that the protective elements such as packaging, tape, seal, package have been opened after the delivery of the goods.
  • Contracts for the delivery of periodicals such as newspapers and magazines, excluding those provided under the subscription contract.
  • Contracts for accommodation, transportation of goods, car rental, food and beverage supply and the use of leisure time for entertainment or rest, which must be made on a certain date or period.
  • Contracts regarding services performed instantly in the electronic environment or intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer.
  • Contracts regarding services that are started to be performed with the approval of the consumer, before the expiry of the right of withdrawal.
